Our Philosophy
DHC provides dedication to exceeding our client's expectations. For us, that means a pursuit of excellence that has been at the cornerstone of our business philosophy since inception opened our doors. It starts with gaining a personal understanding of the objectives and requirements of our clients and ends when they are completely satisfied.
To accomplish our goals, we aim for synergy among the three services we offer: medical staffing, project management, and recruitment. We strive to bring our clients the best personnel who have demonstrated expertise in their field with strong interpersonal skills.
With some of the highest fill rates in the industry, DHC consistently raises the standards with speed, versatility, and efficiency to honor and exceed client requirements. We focus on supporting our clients with long-term staffing and management services on three to five-year contracts. Temporary staffing is also available for our clients to meet needs, such as backfill when active duty service members' deployment occurs.
As a result of our specialized knowledge of the national marketplace, DHC offers the capability of providing flexible service to meet every client's need with minimal notice. We consistently achieve our vision of providing our customers continuity of service for long-term health care contract staffing and management services.
Quality Management
DHC is strongly focused on stellar service and process improvement with set quality control plans. Our team actively participates in quality assurance and improvement program initiatives scheduled frequently to review corporate processes and contract compliance.
Our best practices include:
- Methods to enhance performance including staff fill rates and relationships with customers, employees and patients;
- Evaluating recruiting status and credentialing resources;
- Building employee morale and retention;
- Updating or changing corporate policies and procedures;
- Reviewing local salary trends versus employee compensation.
Throughout performance, our managers work closely with our clients and communicate contract status on a weekly basis or as needed. We exercise considerable flexibility when clients need us to tailor corporate policies and procedures to match their military or corporate culture.
